TIG Staff and the Management Committee would like to extend congratulations to Charlie Nicolson who is a member of the TIG Management Committee and a board member of TIG’s charitable arm TEAS (SCIO). He was awarded a BEM in the King’s New Year’s honour list in recognition of the charitable and voluntary work he does in the Outer Hebrides. TIG’s Chairman Ian McCulloch commented; “We are so pleased that Charlie’s tireless work and dedication to many local, national and international charities has been recognised in this way. We are privileged to have Charlie serve on our voluntary management committee and charitable board.”
Charlie commented; “I am very proud of the award BEM and see it as a recognition of our wonderful community in the Islands, I am very humbled to receive such an award.”
