Tighten Innse Gall (TIG) is looking for a Construction Development Officer or an Assistant Construction Development Officer depending on your experience.

Are you passionate about helping your community and enthusiastic about housing, community development and energy efficiency? We are looking for someone who can lead on a range of housing and community development projects, working with clients and projects led by TIG in Uist.

TIG is a not-for-profit registered society that runs primarily for the benefit of the community at large. We provide energy advice and support, care and repair services, and housing and community development services to the households and communities of the Outer Hebrides.

Working in partnership with a range of local and national organisations, our mission is to support people to rent, buy and live in comfortable affordable homes.

Based in Uist and Barra, the role offers a competitive salary between £33,686 and £41,123 depending on experience, and includes an islands and car allowance.

An 18 month contract with possible extension, we offer flexible working arrangements and a pensions trust scheme.
